I started running again during the first week of quarantine. I had a couple half ironman medals hanging on the rack, but those were in 2016 and 2017, it had been awhile. After getting back into the running mode, I was looking for something to help me get past some of the plateaus I hit. I had been introduced to Gnarly Greens by a friend from Utah and I loved them, so the runner stack was an easy sell for me. The BCAAs are amazing for runs. I drink them down 15-30 before the run and I have that extra gas when I need it during the longer journeys. There is zero stomach impact as well, which is a game changer. Hydrate is great for the post run recovery sitting on my front steps. I have it ready for when I get back and it is the first thing I grab. I have not suffered any crash since I started drink the Hydrate. The Whey is very nice as well, as it mixes up very smooth with just water, and adding milk and berries produces a delicious shake that has helped immensely with recovery and keeping the soreness at bay. This stack will help you get over anything that has been holding you back and help push you to the next level in your training.
I accidentally stumbled on these a year or so ago during an ultra in UT. The Ruby Red was the hydration option at the event, normally I hate grapefruit so you can imagine how psyched I was ... well thankfully I tried it against my better judgement because it is amazing. One of the best hydration mixes I have ever tried.
Fast forward and again stumbled upon them as part of another event and decided to try the whole stack. I am happy to report that the protein and BCAA’s live up to the expectations set by the hydration. If you are on the fence, give it a try ... just make sure you choose the Ruby Red Grapefruit 😊

Recovery is an important part of training. The quicker you can recover, the harder you can train. Utilizing clean proteins, BCAAs & electrolytes within your daily nutrition regimen will increase the rate you recover. Over the years I've used a variety of different sports nutrition, but none have compared to Gnarly Nutrition for their quality, taste and effectiveness. I mix it with my greens and pre. Tastes great. Not overly sweet and doesn't taste artificial. All natural, clean ingredients. Also did this in a subscription with the pre and greens. Basically overnight shipping from when it renews-super fast so I never run out before the next arrive. Great company and awesome products, especially if you are conscious about artificial and GMOs.

I’m a creature of habit so you won’t see me walk out the door in the morning without two shakers, one with Gnarly BCAA’s and one with Gnarly whey protein (Chocolate please & thank you). Clean fueling can be convenient.
