What is the scariest thing you have ever done?
At first I was going to say something badass like free-soloing or doing a crazy downhill ride, but I think I’m going to go with moving home to become the head coach of the youth team at the gym where I grew up.

Outside of your respective sport, what are you most proud of?
One time I surfed over the back of a shark.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Who is your hero? Why?
I’m pretty into Serena Williams right now, for showing me that age doesn’t have to matter, and feeling old is just a feeling.
Any advice for aspiring athletes?
Try as hard as you can as often as you can, but REST when you need to.
