Do you collect anything?

Memories 😉

What is your most unusual talent?

I can recite all the elements of the periodic table at lightning speeds. Simultaneously the lamest and best party trick ever.

What is the scariest thing you have ever done?

Backpacking through Southeast Asia when I was 18 with little to no plan. Many scary moments but many learning ones too.

Why do you like working with Gnarly?

Products that work, solid science behind them, and a crew of people who are ready to answer questions or help out however they can… What more could you want?

Outside of your respective sport, what are you most proud of?

I’m proud of the friendships I have made along the way. I have a pretty amazing group of people in my corner. Cheesy but, true.

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Fish Tacos. All day.

Who is your hero? Why?

Anna Stohr. She came to compete at the only World Cup Canmore ever hosted in 2011 before I was old enough to compete. Not only was she ridiculously strong but she was incredibly humble and was enjoying every minute of the event. Also, Michael Jordan.

Any advice for aspiring athletes?

Have fun, work hard, be kind.

I recommend…

Vanilla Whey Protein – Smoothies with the Vanilla Whey Protein taste amazing, make sure I get the protein in need for recovery and can be eaten at any time. Ideally after training but also for breakfast. Or lunch. Or an evening snack. Or at 4:30am. I’m not judging.

BCAAS – Protein powder’s most trusted accomplice. BCAAs = better recovery = more training. You essentially have no choice but to get strong. Plus, no one likes the taste of water by itself right?
