I’m kinda a pro hitchhiker.

What is the scariest thing you have ever done?

Unfortunately, probably some of the climbs i’ve done. Although that’s pretty much never what I’m going for.

Outside of your respective sport, what are you most proud of?

I am most proud of the relationships I’ve fostered in my life. I feel that I’m surrounded by so many people I am proud and lucky to call my friends and family.

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Breakfast tacos and hashbrowns.

Scott Adamson. Too many reasons to list.

Any advice for aspiring athletes?

Keep going. Keep pushing. Keep striving. It won’t always make sense, but if you love it, it doesn’t matter.

I recommend…

Gnarly Hydrate. I struggle with electrolyte balance on endurance days/big expeditions. I get nauseous if I let myself get too depleted. It’s been a new thing over the past few years, but I find if I hyrdate with Gnarly Hydrate I can bounce back faster than ever before.
