I can hold a pencil in my toes and write my name legibly.

Watched “1408” then went ghost hunting in the Ogden Cemetery.

Outside of your respective sport, what are you most proud of?

My wife Britney and our three kids; Kynlee, Skye and Graham.

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Sleeve of Ritz crackers and cookie butter.

Any advice for aspiring athletes?

Acknowledge that practice, in whatever sport, hurts and requires sacrifice so swallow that pill now and get to work.

Lemon Lime Gnarly BCAAs – It tastes fantastic and is very refreshing. I’ll take 1 scoop after every run because it helps with my recovery. Undergoing all the micro tearing of muscle fibers it helps to have those amino acids readily available to rebuild and fortify.
