Any advice for aspiring athletes?
Acknowledge that practice, in whatever sport, hurts and requires sacrifice so swallow that pill now and get to work.
Lemon Lime Gnarly BCAAs – It tastes fantastic and is very refreshing. I’ll take 1 scoop after every run because it helps with my recovery. Undergoing all the micro tearing of muscle fibers it helps to have those amino acids readily available to rebuild and fortify. Chocolate Gnarly Whey – I’ll mix 2 scoops of Gnarly whey with a tablespoon of PB2 protein and oatmeal in the morning for my breakfast shake. High intensity athletes need more protein, so I try and get 2 grams of protein for every 100 calories I consume and this morning shake helps me get there.
