Any advice for aspiring athletes?
1) Know (for real) why you’re doing it.
2) It never really happens the way you think it will.
3) Cultivate relationships that you love, because eventually they will be all that remains.
Performance Greens – I use them almost everyday in a morning smoothie for breakfast, or during training with BCAAs. It’s easy drinking and tastes good enough to drink alone with no artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners. And no GMOs gluten, or soy. Plus, it’s much more than only a “greens” supplement with probiotics, and other ingredients to support blood flow, energy and endurance, recovery and inflammation, digestion and nutrient assimilation.
Decaf BCAAs – I use them during and after every training day, or outside climbing day. I believe in the research behind BCAAs and believe I’ve experienced a difference in the shorter recovery time while using them. Again, no GMOs, gluten, or soy, and no artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners.
