The Customer Service Representative is driven to provide the best possible customer service experience. The CSR is a dynamic team player that engages with the customer and the team to secure optimal outcomes. They model their passions for our mission into their daily decisions. 


The Job:

  • Engage in customer interactions via Chat, Phone, Email and Social Media
  • Partner with the customer and Gnarly team to deliver the best experience possible
  • Provide accurate information regarding our products and orders utilizing company service guidelines
  • Acknowledge, triage, and resolve customer issues
  • Understand and convey the usage, formulation, and application of our products to effectively answer questions
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
  • Diagnose and elevate procedural issues that impact the customer
  • Prioritize efforts in a manner consistent with company values
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Promote brand awareness and affinity by serving as the brand’s primary point of contact with customers
  • Utilize multiple software programs throughout the day
