The Customer Service Representative is driven to provide the best possible customer service experience. The CSR is a dynamic team player that engages with the customer and the team to secure optimal outcomes. They model their passions for our mission into their daily decisions.
Engage in customer interactions via Chat, Phone, Email and Social Media
Partner with the customer and Gnarly team to deliver the best experience possible
Provide accurate information regarding our products and orders utilizing company service guidelines
Acknowledge, triage, and resolve customer issues
Understand and convey the usage, formulation, and application of our products to effectively answer questions
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
Diagnose and elevate procedural issues that impact the customer
Prioritize efforts in a manner consistent with company values
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Promote brand awareness and affinity by serving as the brand’s primary point of contact with customers
Utilize multiple software programs throughout the day
