Here’s a simply and easy, but delicious recipe for homemade energy bars made with only a few natural and nutritious ingredients including dates, almonds, coconut and chocolate. Yummy!
20 pitted dates
1/3 cup almonds
1/4 cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut
1oz unsweetened chocolate melted
1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
