Chocolate Almond Protein Granola 

3-1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup of roasted almonds, chopped
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. of nutmeg
Dash of ground ginger
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. vanilla extract

3/4 cup no sugar added applesauce
1 scoop (1/4 cup) chocolate protein powder {I used Gnarly Slim Chocolate}

1. Preheat oven to 325˚
2. In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients
3. In a smaller bowl, combine the wet ingredients
4. Add the wet to the dry combine until the granola mixture is well coated
5. Spread the mixture out onto a cookie sheet and bake for about 45 minutes (stir every 15
​    minutes so cooks evenly)
6. Remove from oven and let cool
7. Store in an airtight container
