I am so proud of myself for completing a 1 mile run and it left me feeling absolutely amazing!
After my run I completed the rest of the WOD:
50 pull ups
75 push ups
which I broke up into 5 rounds of 10 pull ups, 15 push ups, and 30 squats.
Once I got home, I refueled my hard working bod with a protein shake made with Gnarly whey protein
Gnarly Cran’ Protein Shake Recipe
• 1-2 scoops of Gnarly whey protein (Vanilla)
• 1/2 cup raw rolled oats
• 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
• 1 cup of almond milk
It was thick, creamy, and delicious! I love combining chocolate protein powder with frozen cranberries for a tasty post workout shake!
For the rest of the day it felt like I was on cloud 9. I couldn’t wipe the smile off of my face. I was so proud of completing the Fitzoner workout and having a successful run.
I guess you could say I surprised myself![/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”Full Width Line” custom_height=”20″][vc_column_text]Meg – Registered Holistic Nutritionist
