Paleo Hot Chocolate

Here’s a quick and easy recipe for a great cup of hot chocolate that is both low-fat and naturally sweetened.  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups hot unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2-4 large pitted dates (depending on how sweet you want it)
Directions:
Put everything in a blender and blend on high for a minute or two.  Serve immediately.
