After hearing about BCCA's from a couple of pro climbers I thought I'd give them a try. I have seen a significant difference in faster recovery times and longer sessions. My wife and I both use them and we have seen the difference. HIGHLY recommended if you want to recover faster and have longer workouts. We drink the caffeinated version before and during and the non-caffeinated version after.
If you want a product that gives you more of a balance to your supplement routine to maximize your training sessions this is it. Taking this in substitute during the workout keeps you staying at max capacity for longer. My household has a certified nutritionist, therefore, they know the complexities required during the load of working out. Your body desires BCAAs, use this product to satisfy your bodies needs. As a climber this product is invaluable to use on long outdoor days with my normal water so I am constantly getting an influx over the entirety of my session.
I didn't truly realize the difference Gnarly BCAAs made until I ran out
I have been using the full Gnarly stack of Pump, BCAAs, and Vegan protein for a few months now and I am 100% stoked about these products. I climb and train my best when I begin with some AMP and BCAAs and I feel really good the following day of a workout. I ran out a couple weeks ago and went a few training sessions without BCAAs and have felt incredibly more sore on following days and less strong during the workout. I won't make the mistake of running out again! I really trust Gnarly and recommend all of their products!
