I recently started adding Gnarly Collagen Pro and Creatine to my recovery shakes after long rides, hikes and runs. I didn't really think it was going to make a difference in my work out but I wasn't as fatigued. I liked that it didn't have a flavor so I could put it in my water.
It was a great taste and an easy way to add a serving of greens to my morning smoothie.
It was unflavored. I think it’s probably good for you but was not so thrilling.
Tried the chocolate version and pleasantly surprised by the rich flavor! Easy to make and tastes delicious. Lasted a long time keeping me energized too . Recommended!
