Gluten-Free, Vegan Brownies with Gnarly Vegan Protein

This past weekend, I put together these super quick and easy to make four ingredient brownies that were pretty fantastic. They contain zero refined sugar, are gluten free, and vegan friendly!
– 2-3 medium size Bananas (ripeness of which are to your taste)
– 1/2 Cup of your favorite nut butter (smooth or chunky…up to you!)
– 1/4 Cup of Cocoa Powder
– 4 Scoops of Chiseled Chocolate Gnarly Vegan Feast
*Though it changes the consistency slightly (more dense), you may choose to add 1-2 tablespoons of ground flax, chia seeds, and/or hemp seeds…making these brownies a real power house.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease (I prefer using coconut oil) a small cake pan and set it off to the side. (*pro tip: Trace the bottom of the pan on a small amount a parchment paper. Use scissors to cut out the tracing. Place tracing on the bottom of the greased pan. Grease over the parchment paper as well. This will make certain that the brownies do not stick to the bottom of your pan)
In a small bowl, soften the nut butter in the microwave.
In a food processor or blender, combine the bananas, nut butter, cocoa powder, and the Chiseled Chocolate Gnarly Vegan Feast. (*pro tip: At this point you can add some little extras if you’d like. I have mixed in, not blended, tart cherries and shaved almonds, but use your imagination and get wild.)
Pour the mixture into your pan, spread evenly, and bake for 20 minutes (+/- depending on altitude).
To ensure that your brownies are finished, pull them from the oven at the 20 minute mark and insert a knife or toothpick into the center. When you remove the knife or toothpick, and nothing is stuck to it, your brownies are finished baking.
Enjoy!
