We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Representative to join our dynamic team.
Job Overview:
The Customer Experience Representative (CER) is driven to provide the best possible customer experience through optimization of 1) customer interactions, 2) customer buying experience 3) order fulfillment and 4) customer satisfaction. The CER will work to create processes to optimize and standardize the customer experience for both D2C Gnarly customers as well as Gnarly wholesale customers. The CER is a dynamic team player that engages with the customer, Gnarly team, and Gnarly fulfillment center to secure optimal outcomes. They model their passions for our mission into their daily decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in customer interactions via Chat, Phone, Email and Social Media.
- Partner with the D2C customer, Gnarly team and Gnarly fulfillment center to deliver the best experience possible.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and orders utilizing company service guidelines.
- Acknowledge, triage, and resolve customer issues extending from customer interactions, through customer buying experience and product satisfaction.
- Collaboration on corrective and preventive action plans to any address procedural issues that impact the customer.
- Understand and convey the usage, formulation, and application of our products to effectively answer questions.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests and forwarding customer inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Prioritize efforts in a manner consistent with company values.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Promote brand awareness and affinity by serving as the brand’s primary point of contact with customers.
- Utilize multiple software programs throughout the day.
- Proven ability to create exemplary customer experiences.
- Clear, concise, and diplomatic verbal and written communication skills.
- Savvy keyboard, phone, social media and computer skills.
- Enthusiastic, opportunity-seeking, and a team player.
