Collagen is the most abundant structural protein in the body and provides the scaffolding that builds structure and strength in joints. Collagen production declines with age and athletes are particularly vulnerable to joint-related injuries. Taking collagen peptides in the 30 to 60 minutes prior to training kickstarts collagen synthesis and may make tendons, ligaments, and joints healthier, stronger, and more resilient.
Combine 2 scoops with 8-10oz of your favorite Gnarly Product or other liquid. Mix thoroughly and consume 30-60 minutes before training.

I recently started adding Gnarly Collagen Pro and Creatine to my recovery shakes after long rides, hikes and runs. I’m 35 years old and during ultra-distance bikepacking races, push my body and mind past all healthy limits to find out what I can accomplish. Great product as always from Gnarly.
Since taking Gnarly’s Collagen Pro soreness post-activity, be it riding bikes, going to the gym, or skiing laps, is noticeably less. I’ll mix it in to Gnarly’s Pre-workout before the gym or with the BCAA’s after a workout or bike ride. The body clearly appreciates it.

Works well - clean ingredients!
This stuff is amazing. I take it 30 mins before a run or bike ride and I can it helps me out immensely. I usually combine it with the preworkout and BCAA or just the hydrate when I need a quick fix and its wonderful.
