How do I create my account?

Choose the account login icon located next to the cart icon at the top of the page. Click on the link "Create Your Account Now" and complete the online form.

How do I reset my password?

From the account login page, click on the link for "Forgot Password?" and complete the online form.

How do I change my billing information?

For your security, billing information is not stored on our site. Each time you place an order you will be asked for billing information.

How do I change my shipping address?

Log in to your account using the account login icon located next to the cart icon at the top of every page. Scroll down to saved addresses and either edit your default address using the pencil icon, or choose ADD ADDRESS to add a secondary address to your account.

Where do I view my order history?

After you log in to your account, your order history will be listed for you.


Does Gnarly Nutrition sponsor athletes?

Gnarly Nutrition is happy to sponsor athletes in a wide range of sports.

Does Gnarly offer a military discount?

We happily provide a discount for the men and women that serve our country. Reach out to our customer service to start the verification process.

Help? I lost my scoop/serving size measurements.

Although the density of individual Gnarly Nutrition products differs, you can use the guidelines below as a general approximation.
  • Gnarly Hydrate (10g) – 2 tsp
  • Gnarly BCAAs (13g) – 2.5 tsp
  • Gnarly PRE (15g) – 3 tsp
  • Gnarly Pump (18g) – 3.5 tsp
  • Gnarly Proteins (2 scoops = 50g) – 3-4 Tbsp
  • Gnarly Collagen (2 scoops = 15g) – 2.5 Tbsp
  • One serving of Gnarly Performance Greens is 10g. 10g of powder is approximately 1 Tbsp
  • One serving of Gnarly Fuel2O is 30g. 30g of powder is approximately 2 Tbsp.

Shipping and Returns

How may I return my purchase?

If you purchased the product from and are not 100% satisfied, we will provide a full refund as long as less than half of the product has been used and the product is returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Any product that arrives to you in a damaged condition will be replaced free of charge if these guidelines are followed:

We must be notified of the damage and the nature of the damage, including a picture of the damaged product and the box is highly recommended.

We will then send a shipping label for the return of the damaged product depending on the severity of the damage.

Once the above steps are followed we will outline the next steps to either get a replacement sent or a refund initiated.

If you want to exchange a product for a different flavor or product in general, feel free to reach out. Return shipping would be the responsibility of the customer if the product has already been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

While we don’t currently offer international shipment, carries most of our product line and ships internationally.

What shipping methods are available?

All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Once payment has cleared, orders generally ship within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 pm will ship the following Monday.

We process all orders from our distribution center in Utah. There are two options available for shipping:

Standard mail, which takes 3-5 business days.
Priority mail, which takes 2-4 business days.

If your one-time checkout order total is over $75 or subscription total is over $75 you will receive free standard shipping.

Should you wish to cancel your order after an order is placed, you must contact us via email or by phone at +1 (855) 406-0959 prior to your order being shipped.

If you wish to cancel and the order has been shipped, return policy guidelines apply.

What pre-workout meal or snack would you recommend for bouldering?

The purpose of a pre-workout snack/meal is to fuel your body for the training/climbing you’re about to do. For this reason, what you eat but also when you eat it are both important. We would recommend having a good size meal that is rich in carbs, moderate in protein, and lower in fat about 2 to 3 hours before training.

In the morning, this meal could look like eggs, potatoes, and toast or a bowl of oatmeal with yogurt and berries. In the afternoon, consider a turkey sandwich with some fruit or a quinoa bowl with veggies and beans.

In general, the closer you get to actually bouldering/climbing, the simpler and lighter your food choices should be. And remember: Carbs are your friends! Having something high in easy-to-digest carbs like fruit, fig newtons, graham crackers, sports gummies, juice or a sports drink in the 30 minutes before bouldering can top off energy levels so when you sit down in front of your project you’re ready to go.

Why did Gnarly release three separate Baseline supplements, rather than one multivitamin?

For a few reasons. The first being that Gnarly Performance Greens is our “whole-food multivitamin.” It covers a lot of daily vitamin and mineral needs by incorporating micronutrient rich foods like chlorella and spirulina.

Another reason is that nutrients like iron are inhibited by the presence of other minerals, like calcium, and are better supplemented with using a stand-alone product as opposed to a multivitamin.

Also, multivitamins are usually a catch-all, so it’s hard to hit everything like a high vitamin D level, a high calcium level and the right amount of iron, and you’ll usually see a low-to-moderate level of everything as opposed to effective doses of individual nutrients.

Plus, Gnarly Baseline provides an easier way to pick and choose the right supplement for you. We don’t think a multivitamin is a bad idea, but I don’t think it’s necessary for everybody. Having singular products helps Gnarly cover more bases for a larger number of people.
