Great!
So far I love this creatine! It mixes well with my hydration powders and I can’t taste it!

Creatine is a peptide (a short string of amino acids) that every human produces on their own. This molecule is part of our body’s energy systems: it combines with a molecule of phosphate to form creatine phosphate, which can be broken back apart to regenerate ATP – the “energy currency” of the body.
Gnarly Nutrition uses Creapure® as the sole ingredient in Gnarly Creatine. Creapure® is the highest quality and most widely studied form of creatine. Creapure® is vegan, IFS FOOD certified and both Kosher and Halal certified.
Mix 1 scoop daily with 8 oz. of your favorite Gnarly product or other beverage. Take 30 minutes before exercise, or immediately following exercise with a recovery protein such as Gnarly Whey or Vegan. On rest days, take 1 serving with a meal.
This is a very exciting supplement for me because it has added a lot of power to my climbing and has increased how hard I push myself. It’s a clean, simple product that adds a boost to your workouts and it has made all the difference and I feel stronger. - Maiza Lima

I am not sure yet on how Creatine will work for me? I have been using it for over a month. So far, I do think it is helpful. I had an extra tough half-marathon this week. I was expecting to be sore the next day, but I was not. So far so good
I took it twice daily as recommended for the first 2 weeks. I was already seeing the benefits within that timeframe. As an old guy at 54, I think it’s helping to get those last reps done.
I love the gnarly products and this one is no exception, I noticed a quicker recovery time since I've been using it and it mixes well when I add it to my protein shakes. Will buy it again.
I feel like the creatine has enhanced my energy levels and recovery, however it doesn’t seem to dissolve very well in my water, so it gathers in the bottom of my cup and I have to swirl it around before every drink so that I’m not left with a sandy sludge at the bottom. I’ve tried it with tepid water as well as with cold water. It doesn’t seem to make a difference in water temperature of how well it does or does not dissolve.
