5. Take the 2-minute survey to determine your eligibility.
6. Once eligibility is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Gnarly product details.

1. Take the 2-minute evaluation to find out if you’re eligible HERE.
2. In a few business days, the TrueMed Concierge will contact you about eligibility.
3. If eligible, Truemed will email you a Letter of Medical Necessity.
4. Once you receive the Letter of Medical Necessity, Truemed will send you detailed instructions to pay with HSA/FSA funds going forward.
