Gnarly Performance Greens is whole food nutrition for active individuals. Greens provide all the essential micronutrients for optimal performance, energy and recovery benefits. What you won’t find in Performance Greens are proprietary blends (which can obscure what’s actually in a product!).
With Gnarly Performance Greens, you can expect full transparency when it comes to the ingredients we use and how much of each is in our product. You may find other brands touting a huge number of ingredients - but then, interestingly, they don’t tell you how much of each ingredient is actually in the product. Gnarly Performance Greens contains effective doses of whole food ingredients that are meaningful for athletes: Beet root, tart cherry and pomegranate for blood flow; Cordyceps and Ginseng for energy, Reishi for immune support and Turmeric for recovery.
When it comes to taste, you’ve got to compare apples to apples, but we’re pretty damn sure that Gnarly Performance Greens puts the competition to shame.

Performance Greens are so much more than greens. I actually think it’s the most impressive, complex, and important supplement from Gnarly. It is packed with huge variety of ingredients to support performance and wellbeing, and more holistically balance things. I normally take it in the morning in a shaker bottle with Collagen and Vegan, or I’ll add it to oatmeal. - Sam Elias

Great taste, natural ingredients, and very quick delivery!
This is the best product Gnarly makes. Everything on the ingredient list has a purpose. I drink a glass after every long workout and as an afternoon snack with almonds and an organic apple. Makes you feel really good.
I have found after lots of experimentation that mixing Gnarly Greens with room-temperature lemon water gives me the best taste and the best mix. I've also found that pouring it out of the bag and into a sealed container makes it easier to scoop and keeps it fresher.
The flavor of the blueberry açaí isn’t very blueberry or açaí. That aside, I love the transparency of ingredients and the way these make me feel. Use them about 5 days a week and the collagen on climbing days.
