Performance Greens are so much more than greens. I actually think it’s the most impressive, complex, and important supplement from Gnarly. It is packed with huge variety of ingredients to support performance and wellbeing, and more holistically balance things. I have been using this for about 2 weeks. My bloating and stomach issues are so much better. My energy levels have increased as well. Going to continue to use this!
I'm almost 50 years old and active in too many different sports, climbing, jiu-jitsu, cycling, running up mountains, and maybe a few more. I've been using the Gnarly Performance Greens daily for over a year now. I've tried both flavors and they both taste really good compared to other greens drinks I've had, but my favorite is the Blueberry. It's great with water, or with Gnarly vegan or whey vanilla. But my go-to is what I call "High-Performance Greens" - scoop of greens, scoop of Gnarly creatine, water and a splash of orange juice. Good stuff!
I'm 59 and a couple of years new to cycling athletically. So i've got more than one reason to be looking after my nutrition. I decided it was time to start adding a greens supplement to my diet and tried a generic one but then found Gnarly's "by athletes for athletes" Performance greens was sold and bought a pack, your greens are easy to mix, visually even look more substantial than other greens, really do taste great and seem to be working great! Thanks so much for working so hard to make quality products to help athletes (and aging newbie athletes like me lol) Ed
