For the smoothie:

1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

2 frozen bananas

2 scoops plain 2% Greek Yogurt

Splash of milk of choice

  1. Place all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If needed, add more milk, but be careful not to overdo it. This dish tastes best when the smoothie base is thick.
