My Dad. He taught me what hard work means and how to be kind.
Any advice for aspiring athletes?
I’ve noticed in climbing, my mind is far more important than my physical strength. When you train your mind through whatever activity you’re participating in, your body will follow suit and you will create a safer, more stable place to operate from.
Pre Workout – I really dig the pump when I’m going out running in the hills behind my house, it gets my mind up to speed so I can stay focused.
Chocolate Vegan Protein- The chocolate vegan protein mixed with greens is a great meal replacement for me on big trips when getting protein can be difficult.
