Gnarly PRE contains BCAAs, do I still need to take Gnarly BCAAs?

We recommend taking Gnarly PRE 20-30 minutes before your workout, drinking Gnarly BCAAs during your workout and then following up with your favorite Gnarly protein. This keeps leucine levels (one of the branched chain amino acids critical to preventing muscle breakdown and promoting muscle growth) in your blood high and maximizes the benefit you get from your training while minimizing soreness and fatigue.

When I take Gnarly PRE my face and hands tingle, is this normal?

Tingling in your hands and face after taking Gnarly PRE is completely normal. Gnarly PRE includes Beta Alanine, an ingredient that increases muscular carnosine levels and helps buffer muscular acidity. Beta Alanine also causes “pins and needles” type tingling, the medical term for which is paresthesia. Paresthesia is a harmless side effect but can be reduced or avoided by taking a smaller dose of Gnarly PRE.

I'm sensitive to caffeine, can I still take Gnarly PRE?

If 180mg of caffeine is a bit too much for you, remember that Gnarly Preworkout comes in a caffeine free strawberry lemonade flavor. We also have a lot of athletes that end up mixing ½ scoop of the caffeinated Gnarly Preworkout with ½ scoop of the caffeine free Preworkout - this provides a much more moderate 90mg of caffeine/serving while providing full doses of BCAAs, Beta Alanine and Citrulline Malate.

When should I take Gnarly PRE?

Fantastic Pre-Workout

No Jitters just clean effective pre-workout. Was a user of a different brand with an ape logo for a long time and switched to Gnarly. I'm sold on this stuff and won't go back

pretty good

Flavor is okay, not too strong or overly sweet. Definitely feel an energy boost at the gym. Does give me a stomach ache though, trying a smaller dose to see how that goes.
