Game Changer

I tried this as a sample from The Feed orignally and had only ordered one and immediately regretted just the one because I loved it. I am injured currently, but I know this will be my trade off between LMNT + Skratch while I ride and begin to run again.

It works

Morning Start

I am a 69 year old male. I start each morning, Monday thru Friday, with Gnarly Hydrate mixed in 2 cups of water. Then I exercise: walk 1 and 1/3 miles, do a bunch of stretching, heavy bag work, then dumbell, Bowflex, or kettlebell work. Cool down, then eat breakfast.

Don't think I could make it thru without Gnarly as my 'kickstart'.
