Remarkable improvement in energy
As a vegetarian endurance athlete, I had been wondering if was getting enough iron in my diet, enough to meet the extra demands of endurance training. After 5-6 days after starting to take Gnarly Baseline Iron, I felt less fatigue and my legs recovered better from workouts. I really am impressed with the addition of Vitamin C to this formula to help improve absorption of the non-heme iron. No stomach issues whatsoever.
