Causes I care about:
Planned Parenthood, unrepresented youth programs like Girls Gotta Run(@girlsgottarunfoundation) who work on getting girls into sports. Really any organization that's out there working to educate about environmental issues, we have long way to go in this department!

Do you collect anything?

I used to collect rocks when I was little, now I’m kinda a packrat for little bits and trinkets from the various places I visit. Maybe notebooks and organizers, but not on purpose.

What is your most unusual talent?

I can walk on my hands for a long time.

What is the scariest thing you have ever done?

Deciding to make a feature-length climbing film was and is pretty terrifying.

Why do you like working with Gnarly?

Really the people. The crew who runs and operates Gnarly really care about the product and their customer. They are super receptive and really high energy and stoked about the product helping athletes perform better. Doesn’t hurt that the product tastes good and works!

Outside of your respective sport, what are you most proud of?

Staying true to my creative goals and staying on the path to create something I’m proud of even when it’s gotten really tough!

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

When I think about it practically it would be bibimbap, a Korean dish that would definitely keep you healthy and alive forever. But also french toast or pizza.

Who is your hero? Why?

My mom. Moms are titans.

Any advice for aspiring athletes?

Make sure you’re seeking sponsorship because you love the sport and know you would do it even if you never had a single sponsor ever. I also encourage aspiring athletes and photographers to link up and create together. Many professional climbers and photographers get a start in the industry this way.
