Gnarly Fuel₂0 contains 100 calories per 12 oz serving from sucrose and dextrose, two carbohydrates that are easy to digest during big endurance efforts. The vegan-friendly Gnarly Baseline Iron+ uses iron bisglycinate, a highly bioavailable form of non-heme iron that won’t cause stomach upset.
