Why don’t I take Gnarly Collagen Pro after training like Gnarly Whey or Vegan?

Gnarly Collagen Pro is best taken before training so that the increased blood flow experienced as a result of exercise helps distribute the amino acids and collagen peptides to joints, which don’t usually get a lot of blood flow. Also, collagen, although helpful for joints, is not a great muscle-building protein because it is low in essential amino acids and branched chain amino acids. For this reason, you wouldn’t want to take collagen as your recovery protein post-exercise.
