How do I earn points?
It’s a breeze. Sign up for our loyalty program and you’ll get 50 points right away. You can earn more points on every purchase, plus extra points for actions like leaving a product review, referring a friend, or following us on social media.
How can I redeem points?
Converting points to discounts is easy peasy. Simply refer to the ‘Redeem Rewards’ section at the top of this page and select Redeem against available rewards. Rewards are only available to redeem in 50 point increments, which converts to $5.
Do points expire?
Nope, your points are yours for eternity!
Does my tier status expire?
If you are promoted to a higher tier, you will retain that status for at least 12 months after sign-up. To retain your current status after 12 months, simply meet the spend requirements. If not, you'll transition to a lower tier where you can still enjoy great benefits and have the opportunity to move back up.

Unfortunately, points earned on a purchase that is returned will be removed from your account balance.

Can I combine my points with other discounts?
Sorry, you won't be able to use your rewards points with other discounts.
How do I earn points for referrals?
Once you refer a friend and they make their first purchase, you’ll get points added to your account. And don’t forget, there are no limits on how many friends you can refer!

Do taxes, shipping, or discount codes count towards point accumulation on purchases?
No, points are calculated off of subtotals, which does not include taxes, shipping, or order subtotal before discount codes are applied.
How do birthday points work?
Simply enter your birthday, and we’ll add 50 points for Bronze, 100 points for Silver, or 150 points for Gold loyalty members to your account on your birthday each year. HBD from us to you!
How does Gnarly Rewards integrate with subscriptions?
Gnarly Rewards works seamlessly with your subscriptions—you'll still earn points on all your subscription purchases. However, you can only redeem those points on one-time purchases, not on your subscription orders.
