Increased leucine intake enhances protein synthesis rates, and may even compensate for suboptimal protein intake. So why not just take leucine? Although isoleucine and valine may stimulate muscle protein synthesis to a lesser extent than leucine, research suggests that the combination of all three branched chain amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio increases protein synthesis (muscle growth) better than leucine alone or a placebo.

I didn't truly realize the difference Gnarly BCAAs made until I ran out
I have been using the full Gnarly stack of AMP, BCAAs, and Vegan protein for a few months now and I am 100% stoked about these products. I climb and train my best when I begin with some AMP and BCAAs and I feel really good the following day of a workout. I ran out a couple weeks ago and went a few training sessions without BCAAs and have felt incredibly more sore on following days and less strong during the workout. I won't make the mistake of running out again! I really trust Gnarly and recommend all of their products!
The flavor is amazing, and the little kick from the caffeine is perfect, and not overwhelming making it great for a little late morning/early afternoon boost. It's so great, I went on vacation and came back to a half empty container because my coworkers were "borrowing" it while I was gone. It's ok though, we're all friends.
