Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Once payment has cleared, orders generally ship within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 pm will ship the following Monday.

We process all orders from our distribution center in Utah. There are two options available for shipping:

Standard mail, which takes 3-5 business days.
Priority mail, which takes 2-4 business days.

If your order total is over $65 or you have a subscription you will receive free standard shipping.


Should you wish to cancel your order after an order is placed, you must contact us via email or by phone at +1(855)406-0959 prior to your order being shipped.


If you wish to cancel and the order has been shipped, return policy guidelines apply.



If you purchased the product from and are not 100% satisfied, we will provide a full refund as long as less than half of the product has been used and the product is returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.


Any product that arrives to you in a damaged condition will be replaced free of charge if these guidelines are followed:

We must be notified of the damage and the nature of the damage, including a picture of the damaged product and the box is highly recommended.

We will then send a shipping label for the return of the damaged product depending on the severity of the damage.
Once the above steps are followed we will outline the next steps to either get a replacement sent or a refund initiated.


If you want to exchange a product for a different flavor or product in general, feel free to reach out. Return shipping would be the responsibility of the customer if the product has already been shipped.


We currently do not ship to international locations.
