I'm a normal fitness guy who just likes to have a good workout. Not paid by anyone or forced to review this product. I drink this during every workout. I find that I'm less sore and gives me pretty good endurance with help in muscle fatigue. flavor is great and I like it enough that ill keep buying it. Give it a shot!
I ordered essential aminos because I often don't eat food that contains all the essential amino acids. I feel more energized when I use them. Now to try them while backpacking.

Excellent amino acid supplement. I've noticed a big difference in my post-workout recovery when taking this either during or immediately after exercise. Less soreness for sure, and more body resilience.
The flavor is totally fine, nothing spectacular but better than any competitor I've tried. The deep pink color is fun to see!
Would love if the instructions had more about optimizing this within a stack of other products, either pre, during, or post. Is it supposed to be combined with others, like hydrate?
I’ve tried different aminos but these taste these by far and don’t have caffeine. Great pre-workout beverage and I’ll switch between these and BCAAs depending on how much coffee I’ve drank that day. I love how good all the gnarly products taste.
