What exactly are EAAs, you might ask? Mix 1 tbsp (10g) of Gnarly EAAs into 12-16 oz of water. For best results, take before or during intense training, then follow up with a complete protein from whole foods or your favorite Gnarly protein.

I am no spring chicken. Big days out leave me sore. Regularly using aminos I noticed that I am less sore in the days following big work outs. I recover faster and feel better.
I have been a loyal Gnarly consumer for 5 years and my favorite product has always been the berry lemonade caffeine-free BCAAs. I take them every time I climb (which is most days) and have gotten my partner hooked on them as well. Reading the other reviews it seems we might be in the minority, but neither of us like the taste of the new EAA formula. Unfortunately I already mixed the entire bag with creatine + collagen... will try to get used to it because I'd hate to throw it all out. Could you please consider bringing back the caffeine-free option in the old BCAAs? Or an EAA formula with the same taste as the previous mix? I love your company but I really don't like this flavor.
Hi Emma! So sorry to hear you're not loving the new Berry Lemonade flavor as much as we are. We do have plans to introduce newer flavors in the future that you may enjoy better. Right now, we have no plans on changing the Berry Lemonade flavor back, but we will never say never. We really do appreciate your feedback and Gnarly support!

This formula is incredible! Both in taste and recovery. If you lift, ride, ski tour, exercise multiple days in a row, you need Gnarly Essential Aminos in your tool box! The taste is less zingy and tart than the previous BCAAs mix and honestly I prefer it. It makes adding an extra scoop to a bike bottle much more pleasant and I’m not puckered on my ride anymore, at least not from the drink mix ;)
