What Sets It Apart

Our new Gnarly Fuel20 Orange Drank provides 500mg sodium/12oz serving for the saltiest sweaters plus easy to digest carbs and HMB to kickstart recovery. An exciting partnership with Dylan Bowman and Freetrail. Given the huge variation in the amount of sodium athletes lose in sweat, Dylan helped us formulate a delicious new Fuel20 flavor with double the sodium.

Gnarly Fuel20 contains 100 calories per 12 oz serving from sucrose and dextrose, two carbohydrates that are easy to digest during big endurance efforts. Research supports that using a combination of sucrose and dextrose increases carbohydrate absorption during exercise more than when a single carbohydrate, like dextrose, is consumed alone. Increased carbohydrate absorption also means improved fluid delivery and better hydration.

Gnarly Fuel20 replaces the electrolytes you lose when you sweat, supplying 500mg of sodium per serving as well as the electrolytes chloride, potassium, magnesium and calcium. Gnarly Fuel20 also contains HMB, a metabolite of the branched chain amino acid leucine, which helps to minimize muscle protein breakdown, resulting in less post-training soreness and a faster turnaround between hard training sessions and races. Gnarly Fuel20 is available in an additional two caffeine-free flavors – Tropical & Limeade – one caffeinated flavor – Cherry Cola and Orange Drank, our limited time offering high sodium flavor.

Looking for nutrition fuel for long days on the trails, mountains, at the gym or the crag? Gnarly Nutrition’s Fuel20 is your all-in-one, vegan-friendly solution. Created with fueling, replenishment and recovery in mind.

Orange Fuel2O is the best

I'm guessing I've always run with not enough sodium, because after I started using the Orange Fuel2O I now feel better at the end of the run than ever before. It almost feels like cheating!

Great taste, great hydration

Light orange flavor is pleasant and not overpowering even with double strength. Not had any stomach issues with using as primary hydration calories

Orange

First off I’m a big Gnarly fan. That said, don’t know if I got a mix up but truly this doesn’t taste like anything. Definitely not orange. I had others try it to make sure it wasn’t me. It wasn’t. There was no flavor.
