Our Limited Edition, Lemonade Hydrate tastes like summertime. Like that magical lemonade your mom used to give you on hot summer days. The only difference is that ours is packed with electrolytes that are pivotal to athletic performance. Electrolytes, like sodium, and magnesium, are critical for proper hydration, nerve function, muscle function and body pH.
A big part of my fueling program is an electrolyte drink. I've used Gnarly Hydrate on long endurance outings in the mountains and it's never let me down. Unlike other electrolyte brands, I never seem to get sick of the taste (Grapefruit is my favorite). Love love love the lemonade flavor. Tastes like homemade lemonade without any excess sugar. This is the second flavor of Gnarly Hydrate I’ve tried and I honestly really like both. This mix has been a great addition to morning workouts and early morning trail runs.
The flavor is great. Tastes like real lemonade!
Its lemonade. I'm very picky and like a potent lemon smack when I drink Lemonade, so for me it wasnt stellar. But it did taste like a weaker lemonade to me. I actually have been enjoying mixing this with the raspberry flavor for raspberry lemonade. Still good, just not as much of a flavor punch as I would prefer. Definitely a good add in mixer.
