I use Whey Protein almost daily in pancakes, smoothies, and other recipes pre and post workout, going through a lot of containers per year. I’m incredibly excited that Gnarly is pushing sustainability with their new steel containers.
So far this is all great, no sugar spikes, plenty of energy. flavors are good.
